Asuman Aykut, who has gained experience in various branches of the real estate sector since 2006, has been involved in portfolio research valuation, feasibility studies and acquisition in foreign-funded Real Estate Investment and Project Development companies, and project sales and marketing activities in International Construction companies. Since April 2015, she started to provide professional consultancy services at Corporate Real Estate consulting company. In August 2019, Asuman Aykut Real Estate company was established to bring a different perspective to the real estate sector.

In real estate trading transactions, all parties involved, the buyer, seller and broker should gain. For this reason, I pay high attention to the win-win relationship and customer satisfaction in all the transactions I carry out. I make sure that the portfolio options that I will offer to my clients are ones that I might like or think about living in; I make a special assessment of the real estate that offers advantageous investment opportunities. I have clients who come by reference, so I try to choose the portfolios that I will present with care and accuracy. I evaluate the properties of my clients who have objects for sale and present the portfolios I see fit to the market in a way that is as advantageous as possible. As someone who has embraced her profession as a lifestyle, I care about being accessible whenever my clients needs to contact me. The most important part of my job is to be with my clients who are on their way to get the dream home or to make a good investment.

It was great working with Ms. Asuman Aykut! Ms. Aykut did a great job in helping us purchase a flat in Beyoğlu. Several traits stood out as we worked with her: First, Ms. Aykut knows the real estate scene in Beyoğlu very well.
